Ford Primary School: To help with the cost of providing a week of outdoor activities for pupils at the school during the summer. This will subsidise the cost for pupils whose parents are on limited means.

NORTH PROSPECT COMMUNITY LEARNING
In particular this grant would help both young and old people that are unemployed and looking for work and help tackle unemployment and its impacts in our deprived neighbourhood. The money we are requesting would act as match funding for an IAG project that has already been secured and has long term benefits. In particular it will assist in funding our drop in sessions, pay for sessional staff time in helping those seeking employment with creating or updating CV’s as well as utilise our computers in seeking jobs through Universal JobMatch. We have 18 computers available at any one time and most are used.
This money will provide a mix of admin support, individual follow up sessions @ £25hr from a qualified professional to a maximum of 75 or over 200 hours of drop in ICT support for the unemployed for groups of 1 – 12 people at any one time.
