The Lifelong Learning Overview and Scrutiny Panel Select Committee undertook a review into the Library Service and made recommendations for the future development of the Service. The Select Committee examined the Library Service with particular regard to the consultant’s report into the libraries, the feedback from Plymouth Points of View public consultation, and also the Annual Library Position Statement.
