A Housing and Economic Regeneration Overview and Scrutiny Select Committee undertook a review to examine the Statement of Community Involvement and - 1. determine whether it was fit for purpose 2. consider the priorities of the Local Development Scheme (3 year programme) and determine whether they are in accordance with the “Vision for Plymouth” 3. make recommendations to Cabinet. A scrutiny report was submitted to Cabinet on 14 December 2004.
