This report provided comment and feedback to the Cabinet prior to the strategy being considered by the Cabinet on 9th September 2003. The Homelessness Act 2002 requires every housing authority in England to adopt and publish a homelessness strategy. This is Plymouth’s first comprehensive Homelessness Strategy and follows on from a review of homelessness in Plymouth that was conducted in 2001.
