This review submitted recommendations to the Lifelong Learning Overview and Scrutiny Panel and the City Council to assist them in assessing to what extent John Kitto Community College had addressed the concerns of the City Council prior to the City Council responding to the public notice of the proposed change of category of John Kitto Community College to become Church of England Voluntary Aided School.
