Anti-social behaviour affects most of the City's population in one way or another, whether it is simply in the form of a mild irratation or of a more serious nature that can effect the quality of their lives. The Safer, Stronger Communities Overview and Scrutiny Panel decided to review existing policy in order to improve performance in preventing anti-social behaviour. This included looking at the Saturation Policy for Licensing and exploring links to anti-social behaviour with a view to identifying possible solutions.
