Review of Public Convenience Provision

There is no statutory obligation on a Local Authority to provide public conveniences. However as part of Plymouth City Council's commitment to provide good local services for local people and visitors to the city, it should aim to provide high quality public conveniences in the right places whenever possible.

The working group’s aim was to review the current provision of public toilets provided by Plymouth City Council and to make recommendations for future provision.
