The Overview and Scrutiny Management Board approved a request on 2 September 2009, to establish a joint task and finish group to review the Monitoring of Plymouth Citybus Limited Shareholding Project with membership to be drawn from Growth and Prosperity and Support Services Overview and Scrutiny Panels. The findings of this task and finish group are contained within this report.
