PARK AND RIDE BUS SERVICE REVIEW - INFORMATION AS REQUESTED AT THE PREVIOUS MEETING (TO FOLLOW) pdf icon PDF 93 KB

Members will be provided with information as requested at the 18 November 2013 Park and Ride Bus Service Review meeting regarding the following:

 

·         Plymouth City Council’s parking policy for the Life Centre car park

·         More information regarding Norwich and Chester – bus fare rates

·         Legal position upon the Travel Concessions (Eligible Services) (Amendment) 2009

·         Confirmation of closure date for Seaton Barracks car park

·         Confirmation if a public consultation is required to no longer accept concessionary bus passes on Plymouth’s Park and Ride bus service

SUMMARY AND REVIEW

Members will have an opportunity to review the findings from the cooperative review panel process.

EXEMPT BUSINESS

To consider passing a resolution under Section 100A (4) of the Local Government Act 1972 to exclude the press and public from the meeting for the following item(s) of business on the grounds that it (they) involve(s) the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph(s) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Act, as amended by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
