The full report containing the findings, conclusions and recommendations arising from this Cooperative Review are attached as an appendix to these minutes.
This report will be considered by the Cooperative Scrutiny Board at its meeting on 18 December 2013 before being considered by the Ambitious Plymouth Panel on 3 February 2014. |
