Councillor Mrs Aspinall was appointed Chair for the meeting having been proposed by Councillor Evans and seconded by Councillor Bowyer.

There were no declarations of interest.

There were no items of Chair’s urgent business.

Agreed that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 to exclude the press and public from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraphs 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, as amended by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Panel will consider procedural next steps with regard to a staff matter. 

Having been advised that matters are now capable of being resolved by mutual agreement the Panel agreed to close the meeting.
