Informal Meeting Additional documents: Minutes: The Chair advised Members that the meeting was being held remotely via Microsoft Teams due to the required deep clean of the Council House and the increase in positive Covid 19 cases, therefore was technically inquorate. The meeting was to be conducted on an informal basis and the minutes of the meeting, as well as any decisions, were required to be submitted to the next meeting for formal ratification. |
