Adoption of the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan Additional documents:
Minutes: Councillor Coker requested as per rule of debate 4.2 to be able to extend his speech by five minutes, allowing up to ten minutes for the speech. This was seconded by Councillor Bowyer and approved by a show of hands.
Councillor Coker moved the recommendations set out in the report in relation to the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan.
Following a debate, Council approved the adoption of the Plymouth and South West Devon Joint Local Plan.

Minutes: Councillor Coker moved the recommendations set out in the report in relation to the Plymouth Plan.
