Exempt Information To consider passing a resolution under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972 to exclude the press and the public from the meeting for the following items of business, on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, as amended by the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Committee have considered the evidence before them. They have considered all available sanctions but have resolved that it is proportionate under s19(1)(b) Plymouth City Council Act 1975 to :-
a) Suspend your licence for a period of three days.
(Councillor Tuffin experienced connectivity issues during the final part of the meeting, however confirmed prior to his absence that he agreed with the decision of the committee to suspend the licence). |
