Minutes:

Stuart Wingfield (Head of Development Management) explained the appeal decision on Mutley Plain related to a policy for hot food takeaways and their close proximities to schools. The inspector dismissed the appeal.

 

The Committee agreed to note the schedule of appeal decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate.
