Please note that these Delegated Planning Applications are available to view online at: http://www.plymouth.gov.uk/planningapplicationsv4/welcome.asp Minutes: Stuart Wingfield (Head of Development Management) explained the appeal decision on Mutley Plain related to a policy for hot food takeaways and their close proximities to schools. The inspector dismissed the appeal.
