The Community Cohesion and Equalities Overview and Scrutiny Panel has responsibility for scrutiny of the following specific areas of Council operation –

·                     Crime and Community Safety

·                     Crime & Disorder

·                     Central Services

·                     Food Law & Licensing

·                     Trading Standards

·                     The Portfolio(s) and actions of the Cabinet Member(s) with responsibilities for Community Cohesion and Equalities

Work Programme

Panel work programmes are reviewed regularly to ensure the workload is sufficient and manageable. Ongoing reviews will feed regularly into agenda’s with new review items being completed before moving to the next new review.
