Modernisation Delivery Partner
The Council faces substantial challenges to
deliver the changes required to achieve our modernisation goals as
well as a balanced budget. In response the Council will adopt a
blended approach to resourcing the work required using a
combination of:
Internal resources
Specialist interim recruitment
Resources from a delivery partner
This decision is to approve the procurement process to appoint a
delivery partner and to delegate the award of contract to the
Director of Customer and Corporate Services.
