Family Hubs contract award/approval of Children’s Centres delivery plans

To award contracts for the delivery of Family Hub services from April 2023 to March 2025 to children’s centre providers, to ensure continuity of service provision for children, young people and families in Plymouth whilst longer term options for service delivery are developed.

This proposal will also describe how the children’s centres savings target of £600k from 2023/24 will be achieved. The two projects are interlinked, with the delivery of the savings targets interdependent with the scope of the new Family Hubs contract.
