Substance Misuse and Young Carers Procurement Business Case

The Young Person’s Substance Misuse Specialist Support Service, Affected Others and Young Carers Service Contracts are ending on 31st March 2024. These services will need to be procured in line with our Contract Standing Orders.
The Business Case will outline the recommended commissioning intentions for these services that support young people who live with parents who have substance misuse issues or have substance misuse issues themselves and / or are young carers. These services will align to the Emerging Family Hubs contracts which were awarded to the Children Centre providers following the Cabinet decision in February 2023.
