Plymouth City Centre Business Improvement District (2025-30)
The 2003 BID legislation requires that the
local authority review/approve all new BID proposals (business
plan) for the renewal of Business Improvement Districts. Details of
the proposed BID projects and their costings, along with the City
Council’s support for the new BID, will follow with the
Cabinet Report.
