To present a business case which describes the current position with the provision of residential care for adults in Plymouth. The paper describes the work already carried out to engage with the provider market and to develop a new specification for the service. The paper seeks approval for the next steps in the re-procurement of the service and describes the further engagement which will be undertaken.
