Family Hubs Contract Award

The business case will set out the current contractual position with the city’s network of emerging Family Hubs and propose an award of a new contract for a time limited period. This is to enable time for the city’s plan for the development of early help services in the city to be embedded, which will in turn determine the future delivery model for Family Hubs.

The paper will also set out the current funding position for the Family Hubs, the use of Start for Life grant funding, and the anticipated budget for 2025/26 and 2026/27.
