Health Improvement Service Contract Award

The purpose of this decision is to re-contract existing health improvement services upon expiry of the existing contract, through the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) introduced by the Health and Care Act 2022.

The reasons for the decision are that, in line with the requirements of the PSR, Plymouth City Council are assured that the existing provider is satisfying its existing contract, will likely satisfy the new contract to a sufficient standard, and the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably.
