Plymouth Economic Strategy Delivery Plan


The Plymouth Economic Strategy was approved by Cabinet in March 2024. The next stage was to develop a Delivery Plan to cover the 2 / 3 year period from 1st April 2025.

Consultation has taken place with city-wide partners through Plymouth Growth Board. This has resulted in a list of projects that sit under 4 Investable Themes and a cross-cutting theme:

• Defence Sector and Devonport
• The Waterfront and Maritime
• The Heart of the City Centre
• The North of the City
• Skills

Consultation ends on 31st January 2025, with a Delivery Plan being prepared for discussion at Cabinet in March 2025.
