Woolwell to The George Transport Scheme: Phase 2 Construction Contract Award
To award the construction contract to Balfour
Beatty for Phase 2 of the Woolwell to The George Transport Scheme
through the Scape Procure Civil Engineering & Infrastructure
Framework.
Phase 2 will include the replacement of Woolwell Roundabout with a
new signalised junction, dualling of the A386 Tavistock Road
between Woolwell Road and The George junction to provide two lanes
in each direction as well as dedicated walking and cycling
facilities, utility diversions and environmental mitigation.
