Information to be considered by the decision makers: Business plan signed off identifying new strategy for day care services; Plymouth Age Concern provides additional services giving added value to the contract; The option to sole source this service provides an invitation to negotiate service levels and cost and will offer flexibility to move from traditional service provision to a more flexible service over the lifetime of the contract; Performance levels will be set but the supplier will work directly with service users and carers on how outcomes will be met.
