Information to be considered by the decision makers: • The negotiation process will take place during August, September and October 2008. This process will aim to deliver a new service against the revised specification. • The existing contract is due to expire on 31st March 2009 • Pluss provides specialist services for up to 300 people with learning disabilities Sufficient time needs to be built into the process to allow for alternative arrangements for vulnerable adults, if this is required.
