Making Representations: In writing by 1 November 2010 to - (1) Assistant Director for Strategic Housing; (2) Councillor Fry (Cabinet Member).

Information to be considered by the decision makers: An outline of the powers required and justification for their use, together with a plan identifying properties that potentially could fall within this framework as part of the first phase of the whole regeneration of North Prospect.
