To establish The Plan for Homes 3, a commitment to housing investment to directly support the delivery of 1,000 new homes per year over the next five years, supporting a range of housing delivery and service initiatives, tackle housing needs, homelessness and poor housing conditions.

It builds upon our current Plan for Homes which has achieved a step change in the delivery of homes to address identified housing needs and to support the growth agenda.

To seek agreement to include within the Capital Programme significant funding to support a range of initiatives to support housing proposals.
