(a)   To generate local low and zero carbon energy to increase Plymouth’s resilience to future energy challenges;

(b)  To create opportunities for increased community stakeholding focused on sustainable energy available to all individuals, communities and businesses that share objectives in and around Plymouth;

(c)   To reduce Plymouth’s energy consumption, cost and environmental impact and our reliance on unsustainable sources of energy.
