Summary of Terms of Reference

The Tenants and Residents have formed a management group based on the Estate Management Board model, registered as a company limited by guarantee.

The Council approves the Board’s rules as a fair and democratic constitution under which tenants in the Property may manage their housing.

While this Agreement is in force, the Board shall not amend its rules without the Council’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Board shall give the Council written notice of its intention to amend any rule. The written notice shall be sent to the Council before an application is made to register any amendment to its rules.
