The consultation was also carried out at Christmas time, which was a poor time to run an important consultation exercise (i) the decision taker need to reconsider the decision in light of the heavy use of the lanes by HGVs. The narrowing of lanes along Plymouth Road gives little margin of error between the size of the lanes, and the width of HGVs (i) the decision taker has failed to specify in the decision where the bus lanes will be located.
