Appointment of Chair of the Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Panel The Panel will elect a Chair of the Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Panel. Members will consider the report and, after due consideration, agree the resolutions by the Chief Executive of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. Additional documents: Minutes: Andrew White (OPCC Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer) reported that issues related to election expenses for the 2015 General Election had been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) as a ‘serious conduct matter’ not a ‘complaint’; an update had been included in this report for openness and transparency.
