The following question was asked by Stephen Dart.

Question: What action should be taken by Plymouth City Council if approved Site Plans are later found to include land and buildings not under control or ownership claimed by the applicant?

Response: In this situation it would be necessary for the Council to assess the individual case on the basis of the issues relevant to that case. All cases may be different depending on the specifics of the case. Therefore, each would be assessed on its individual merits to ascertain what, if any, action was required.
