Chair's Urgent Business To receive reports on business which, in the opinion of the Chair, should be brought forward for urgent consideration. Minutes: The Chair extended gratitude to Councillor Penrose for standing-in as Chair during the preceding two committees.
Congratulations were offered to Councillor Mrs Watkin on her appointment as Lord Mayor for the Municipal year 2025/26.
