The Committee discussed the following topics:
I. Perceived anti-social behaviour stemming from the facility. II. The hours of operation. III. Potential impacts on the local community. IV. The security of the premises regarding non-residents. V. The management plan.
The Committee agreed to grant the application, subject to the following additional conditions:
I. An amendment to the requirement for a Night Operational Management Plan to be approved by the Local Planning Authority in consultation with elected Ward Councillors. II. A new condition for the operator of Hamoaze House to host a community engagement forum for residents of the local area.
