The Chair thanked Members, Substitute Members, Planning Officers, Legal Team and Democratic Support for their professionalism in the delivery of the Committee.

 

Councillor Nicholson on behalf of the Conservatives thanked the Chair for the commendable way in which she had carried out her duties as Chair of the Committee.

Councillor Simmonds

Minutes:

The Chair reported that this would be Councillor Simmonds last meeting as a Member of Plymouth City Council and a Ward Councillor of the Budshead Ward.

 

The Chair also indicated that Councillor Simmonds had been a Member of Plymouth City Council for 28 years and his knowledge, wisdom and experience had proved invaluable to her as a relatively new Member.

 

On behalf of the Committee the Chair thanked Councillor Simmonds for all his hard work over the years.

 

Councillor Simmonds responded.

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

The Chair will receive and respond to questions from members of the public submitted in accordance with the Council’s procedures. Questions shall not normally exceed 50 words in length and the total length of time allowed for public questions shall not exceed 10 minutes. Any question not answered within the total time allowed shall be the subject of a written response.
