UPDATE ON DEVONPORT POLICE STATION To receive reports on business which, in the opinion of the Chair, should be brought forward for urgent consideration. Minutes: The Chair told the committee that following its deferral at the last meeting of the committee, the application for a Police Station to be built in Devonport had been approved. |

MEETING TIMES Minutes: The Chair proposed changing the start time for the committee to 10 am.
Agreed that further informal discussions would take place with committee members, Democratic Support, Legal services and the Planning Department. |

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC The Chair will receive and respond to questions from members of the public submitted in accordance with the Council’s procedures. 5) SAFE CONDITION
Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a condition that does not endanger the public.
6) REMOVAL
Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity. |
