The Committee considered the following applications, development proposals by local authorities, and statutory consultations submitted under the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990, and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act, 1990.

Addendum reports were submitted in respect of minute numbers 33.1, 33.2 and 33.5.

2. The installation of street lights for the footpath, before it is brought into use, in accordance with details which shall first be submitted to and approved by the Council.

The recommendation is subject to a 106 obligation with delegated authority to refuse in the event that the section 106 obligation is not completed by 27/10/11.
