PLANNING APPLICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION The Assistant Director for Planning will submit a schedule asking Members to consider Applications, Development proposals by Local Authorities and statutory consultations under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
