The Committee considered the report of the Strategic Director for Place regarding objections to Tree Preservation Order No. 500 at 242 St Pancras Avenue.

Agreed that Tree Preservation Order No. 500 is confirmed without modification.

The Assistant Director for Strategic Planning and Infrastructure acting under powers delegated to him by the Council will submit a schedule outlining all decisions issued from 4 to 31 August 2014, including –

3)  Applications withdrawn;

4)  Applications returned as invalid.
