Members reviewed the minutes and voting schedule of the meeting held on 17 December 2015 and it was highlighted that Councillor Mrs Bridgeman had been incorrectly marked as absent on the voting schedule in respect of agenda item 6.8.  The voting schedule should reflect that Councillor Mrs Bridgeman voted in support of the application.

 

Agreed that subject to the voting schedule being amended as above, the minutes of the meeting held on 17 December 2015 are confirmed as a correct record.

The Chair advised the Committee that agenda item 6.4 had been removed from the agenda as the objection that had been lodged against the Tree Preservation Order had now been withdrawn.

QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

The Chair will receive and respond to questions from members of the public submitted in accordance with the Council’s procedures. Questions shall not normally exceed 50 words in length and the total length of time allowed for public questions shall not exceed 10 minutes. Any question not answered within the total time allowed shall be the subject of a written response.
